I have collected all the important information you need to know about purchasing, shipping and caring for Kn Atelier bags. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

📦 Shipping – When can you hold your new bag in your hands?

Every morning, after my breakfast and my indispensable coffee, I personally see to the processing of incoming orders and the careful assembly of packages.

• Bags in stock: If the selected item is in stock, I will hand over your order to the courier service within a maximum of 7 working days.

• Unboxing experience: Your bag doesn't come in a simple box. I'll carefully send it in premium packaging so that when you open it and smell the harmony of fresh cotton yarn and genuine leather, it will be a real, festive moment for you.

💳 Secure Payment Methods

In our webshop, we use the world's most modern and secure payment systems, so your data is under maximum protection.

• Bank card payment: Fast, convenient and completely free payment with any accepted bank card.

• Apple Pay / Google Pay: One-click, lightning-fast payments directly from your phone.

• Bank transfer: You can also pay the order amount in advance by bank transfer. (Only leave this in if you accept this!)

How do I clean my Kn Atelier bag?

Premium cotton yarn and genuine leather elements require special care. You can wash pieces that do not contain leather in the washing machine at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle. If they do contain leather, clean the yarn parts with a damp, soft cloth, pressing gently, or wash them gently by hand. Leather elements can be kept in beautiful condition for a long time with a traditional, colorless leather care product.

What happens if the bag doesn't fit me?

The most important thing for me is that you are completely satisfied and confident when you wear my creation. If for some reason it doesn't capture your heart, you can return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, and I will refund the price.

Do you also accept orders based on individual ideas?

Yes! If you have a dream bag or would like my existing models in a different color combination (or maybe with different colored leather accessories), send me a message and we'll design your own personalized Kn Atelier piece!
