2. Kn Atelier Creations and the Handcrafted Nature

Each of our bags is meticulously handcrafted using the highest quality yarns and genuine leather accessories. Consequently, it is important to clarify the following:

  • Uniqueness: No two completely identical pieces exist. Minimal variations arising from the natural properties of the materials are not considered defects; these give the handcrafted creations their unique soul.

  • Colors and Textures: Although we make every effort to ensure that the photos in the webshop reflect reality as accurately as possible, due to the color settings of different monitors and phone screens, there may be slight differences between the colors seen on the screen and the actual colors.

3. Ordering and Payment

When placing an order, you take responsibility for ensuring that the data provided (name, shipping and billing address, email address) is accurate and real. Pyro-Lemn Prodcom SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel the fulfillment of any order if the provided data is incomplete, or if we detect a suspicious, potentially fraudulent transaction.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

The "Kn Atelier" brand name, all designs, unique bag models, logos, graphics, photographs, and textual content found on the website are the exclusive intellectual property of Pyro-Lemn Prodcom SRL. Unauthorized copying, selling, or presenting these as your own is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

We assume no liability for any potential damages arising from the use of the website, temporary server downtimes, or internet network errors. We also assume no liability for delays caused by logistics partners (courier services).
