Return and Refund Policy

For Pyro-Lemn Prodcom SRL (hereinafter: Operator or Seller), the company operating the Kn Atelier brand, your utmost satisfaction and confidence when wearing our creations are our highest priorities. If, for any reason, the chosen bag has not captured your heart, you may return it under the following transparent conditions, which comply with current legislation:

1. Right of Return (14-day withdrawal)

In accordance with European Union and Romanian legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the package (with the exception of custom orders, see point 2).

2. Exception: Custom and Personalized Orders

Kn Atelier pieces are meticulously handcrafted. According to the law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to creations made specifically to your unique request and personalized for you (e.g., unique color combinations, different sizes, or specific custom accessories). Unfortunately, Pyro-Lemn Prodcom SRL is unable to accept returns for these items, so please always take this into consideration when placing a custom order!

3. Conditions for Return

The fundamental condition for a refund is that you return the bag in its original, unworn, and flawless condition, along with all its accessories. Please take good care of the creation while it is in your possession, as the Seller cannot accept returned products that are used, damaged, or dirty. (We would be very grateful if you could return it in its original, premium packaging to ensure it stays safe during transit!)

4. The Return Process

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to knhandmade.store@gmail.com and include your order number! In our reply, we will provide you with the exact return address for Pyro-Lemn Prodcom SRL and the necessary instructions. The return shipping cost (courier fee) is always the responsibility of the buyer. Please send the package using a trackable shipping method (courier service), as we cannot take responsibility for packages lost in transit.

5. Refund of the Purchase Price

As soon as the package arrives back at our headquarters and we have verified the undamaged condition of the bag, Pyro-Lemn Prodcom SRL will refund the full purchase amount (the price of the product and the original standard shipping fee) within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (bank account or credit card) used during the initial transaction.
